Energy Care offers a complete, one stop property maintenance and property services solution, handling all aspects of gas, electrics, plumbing, interior and exterior maintenance, as well as providing inventories & property condition reports. We carry out every aspect of every job to the highest possible standard and we pride ourselves on the quality of work that we produce.
Our office in Teignmouth town centre is home to our skilled team of local, fully-trained and experienced engineers living all across Devon. We’re passionate about customer service and that’s why we’re open to visitors at any time – we love to meet as many of our customers as possible. Whatever the circumstances, we will always be polite, efficient, helpful and friendly.

We are able to accept payment through online banking, by BACS, by cheque, by bank transfer and by credit or debit card over the phone (surcharge may apply). Please contact us for more details.
Areas we work in
We work all across South Devon including Exmouth, Exeter, Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Totnes, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Ivybridge and Plymouth.
The main office is centrally located in Teignmouth but our engineers live and work all across the region from Plymouth to Exeter. This means our customers always deal with someone local who knows the area and the people.
None of our engineers collect money at the time work is carried out.
We will issue an invoice by post or by e-mail promptly after the work has been completed, and respectfully request payment in accord with the terms stated.
We accept payments by cheque or directly into our bank account. All invoices we issue include our bank details so that payment can be made on line. When making a payment please use the invoice number as a reference so we can allocate it correctly to your account.
We can also accept telephone payments by credit or debit card but to cover the additional costs of doing so we do have to make a charge equal to 2.75% of the total invoice amount.
